1. Platform Purpose

CarSku is an online platform designed to connect vehicle buyers and sellers. We offer both a buyer concierge service to help customers connect with our trusted dealer network, and a private listing marketplace for individual sellers to post vehicles for sale. CarSku and Beta Apps LLC are not a party to any transaction, payment, or communication between buyers and sellers.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to present accurate information, CarSku does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any vehicle listing or related data. Vehicle specifications, conditions, prices, and history reports are submitted by third parties and may not be verified. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any purchase or sale.

3. Private Listings Disclaimer

CarSku provides a paid listing service for private sellers. By listing a vehicle, you confirm that you are the legal owner and authorized to sell it. You agree not to post false or misleading information. CarSku is not involved in negotiations or the actual transaction and assumes no liability for disputes, fraud, or losses incurred.

4. Buyer Concierge Services

CarSku offers optional buyer services through affiliated dealerships. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to being contacted by CarSku or our partner dealers by phone, email, or text message to assist with your purchase. No credit check is required to submit a request, and CarSku does not directly provide auto financing.

5. Text Message Consent

By submitting your information, you authorize CarSku and its partners to send service-related text messages to the phone number(s) provided. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt-out or HELP for assistance.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of facilitating your inquiry or listing. CarSku does not sell your data. Information may be shared only with trusted third-party dealer partners or service providers necessary to fulfill your request. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beta Apps LLC and CarSku shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle transactions, financial decisions, or communications initiated through the site.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

9. Changes to Terms

Beta Apps LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
